Carolina Dunes guests are provided access to all of the on-site dining facilities located right next door at the main Caravelle Resort building. The Caravelle offers four on-site dining options, making it easy to find something to please everyone in your group.
Santa Maria Restaurant
Location: Just off Ocean Boulevard at the main Caravelle Building, adjacent to Liquids Lounge
Hours: Breakfast 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. (hours may vary seasonally)

Santa Maria features a full Southern style breakfast with handmade omelets, made to order waffles, biscuits and gravy, breakfast potatoes, sausage, bacon and so much more. Santa Maria also offers seasonal dinners during the summer that are definite crowd pleasers. This popular restaurant also boasts being a Top 20 Myrtle Beach restaurant on TripAdvisor – so it’s not hard to see why guests rave about the fantastic food and friendly service.
Liquids Lounge

Liquids Lounge is the perfect place to stop in for your favorite adult beverage and a quick meal! Liquids features several flat screen TVs and even carries the NFL package, making it a great spot for sports buffs. The menu includes everything from wings and appetizers to sandwiches and seafood baskets and includes several specials.
Marco Polo Pool Bar and Grill
Location: Outside at the Main Caravelle Building
Hours: Varies seasonally
This seasonal amenity is perfect for when you want to spend the whole day outside soaking up the sun. You can grab a refreshing cocktail and assorted grill items, like burgers and hotdogs, all summer long! Marco Polo is located on the Block Long Poolscape near our convenient beach access, making it ideal for both pool days and beach days.
Pirate’s Cove

What’s better than ice cream on a hot day? Yep, nothing! So stop in to Pirate’s Cove a seasonal amenity, for a scoop of your favorite flavor. Pirate’s Cove, located beside the Block Long Poolscape at the main Caravelle building, also serves sandwiches, salads, wraps and pizza by the slice for quick lunch option.
